The event starts at 18:00.<\/p>\n<p>The venue is Swinging Hall club, where talented Bulgarian and foreign artists, who will present their original songs, will perform in the cozy atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p>Twelve artists will compete in the two evenings \u2013 a semifinal and a final \u2013 and the three-member jury comprised of Plamen Sivov (Tochka BG), Vasko Gromkov (the Bulgarian National Television) and a special foreign guest will assess the performances based on the following criteria: music, lyrics, vocals, playing skills and stage presence.
